Process

• Discuss house with potential housemate and obtain details about them – phone, e-mail or text 
• House viewing in person – if not possible, we can do by Skype 
• Pay Registration Fee 
• Referencing by online referencing agency – employment, current/previous landlord 
• Agree move in date 
• Provide draft paperwork including AST 
• Check in, sign paperwork and familiarisation with house 
• Deposit registered with DPS
