All rooms are double rooms with modern co-ordinating wardrobe, bedside unit, chest of drawers, double bed with good quality mattress which lifts revealing large storage area. 

Each room has a Freeview TV point and a Cat5 hardwired internet point.

Smoking permitted outside the rear of the property, but not inside. 

The all-inclusive rent covers all bills (council tax, TV licence, utilities, broadband, etc.) as well as a weekly cleaner (for all communal areas) and a regular gardener. 

A, dedicated property manager looks after all maintenance issues or queries. The grass never needs to be cut or the garden weeded - it's like magic! (Or could it be that our gardener.) 

Without a doubt, your safety & security is our primary concern. Full safety and detection systems are in place, they're well maintained and all safety certification is always kept up to date. 

You'll love our cleaners Denise & Heidi, they're the one's who keep our homes sparkling and fresh with weekly cleans. Simple really, let us know when anything needs attention and our handyman Nick will take care of it. 

All our rooms are big enough to fit a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table –some have a desk and chair, most have extra storage.

Home Life

We  don’t  plan  it  this  way,  but  sometimes  it  just  happens –  a  house  takes  on  a  certain  'personality' because of the housemates' likes and interests.  Two of our houses have pub quiz teams, one of our houses is full of IT guys, another has two restaurant  managers and a pizza-mad Sicilian. We will try and find you a house where you will be comfortable, a place you can call home and where you can make friends.

We own all our homes, we manage and maintain them and we care about them. We don't use agents and we hand pick housemates to form friendly, sociable and respectful communities within our homes. 


Landlords

We are all professional, full time landlords who take pride in what we do. We take care of everything: the bills, council tax, TV licence, cleaning and the gardening, so that you are free to relax and enjoy some well-earned downtime without having to worry about any of this. 

We answer the phone when there’s a problem and we sort the problem out as soon as we can –it’s not easy to find a landlord like that. 

We've enjoyed transforming bricks and mortar into great homes for people to live, meet new friends and socialise. We operate all aspects of the business so we have a real stake in making sure things run smoothly and dealing quickly with any issues that arise.
